Well once I had McKayla in the feeding chair and didnt put the straps on. Before then I always warned hubby to put it on. This one time I just didnt as i was feeding her and had no intention of looking away even for a second. All of a sudden I heard our dog barking and I ran out and as I left the kitchen I heard a big bang. McKayla stood up and fell out onto the tile floor and then I heard a blood curling scream. She was like about 7 months old.

Called hubby and he laughed after he knew everythign was fine (first call was to the pediatrician). And I was upset as I told him if it was him he would have been in the dog box. He laughed and said it was okay and he know that I would have done it but accidents happen.

And they do happen. Yeah have to agree with lilfatty on this one. The number of times Noah got hurt at around that age when I was looking after him on my day off (DH looked after Noah from 6mths). It turned in to a bit of a joke with me and Kels. And DH used to get so worried about what would happen to him in my charge LOL. DH did the same to Charlotte, she fell head first. Lovely egg on forehead at about 8 months old. Grrrr.
