I used a bit of water to puree anything that didn't puree easily.  I definitely found pureeing things like broccoli much easier with a bit of water, but pumpkin, kumara etc seemed fine without.]]>

To get the puree right I used some of the cooking liquid. I found it thickened when I heated it back up so could add milk then anyway.]]>

I am not sure with formula.<br /><br />Or am I best to mix in formula once I have defrosted?Things just puree better if I add the formula at the blending time.]]>
