For those who have had the monitor go off (not because of forgetting to turn it off, lol) what have you done with baby? Is the alarm or you rushing in enough to make them breathe again, or has it been a rush to hospital?

Sorry to thread jack, but i was wondering if we needed a monitor (we would get an angel care if we did) when bub is in a bassinet in our room....? Totally recommend it!
It is just awesome having that extra piece of mind.
We were lucky and got one second hand off a friend, but we were just going to buy one off trademe!

Will be a bit worried, I'm sure, when we have to take it from Lily when the new bubs arrives, but think she'll be big enough by then to not have one!
