Well it's done... the boss tried to give me a guilt trip and said that they wouldnt be able to find someone in 2 weeks (my period of notice) and if I could work longer... I said 3 weeks max to start off with and have now realised that I have told daycare when Arna's last day is... thankfully it was verbal so I can retract. (my notice not daycare!!)

Well in about an hour and a half I am going to be walking into my managers office and telling her that YES I am resigning and that my mind is made up...
I feel bad for the fact that the girl that I work with (we job share) will have to take on my load until they find / train someone and frankly (not being up my self) I have taken on the majority of her work and she has taken on a few other roles (banking, accounts etc) so I can see her getting stressed and she is a friend of mine so feel bad in that sense but she understands why I am resigning... Hey Guys,

Well I am writing my letter of resignation this morning for work... I want to stay there cause there are the drivers on my break that are really awesome (shoosh but I work for JD Hickman at the mo) and they make me laugh and feel like a normal person but I feel like I am treated like crap in the office...
Money wise we are losing out - after childcare and petrol we lose about $15 a week which isnt much but there are going to be 6- 8 weeks where we won't be paid from Fonterra (GRRR jax!!!) so we need to be saving money not spending it...
