It is now suggesting that you give potential allergens to children at a younger age. The only reason for the change is that there was not enough scientific proof that these foods are high allergy risks. They are even suggesting that you can give lentils as a stage 1 food and lentils are closely related to peanuts and can cause the same reaction. Personally, I prefer to be safe rather than sorry. The orginal list that we had with Dominic suggests that cheese be given once a child reaches stage 3 (8-9 months).]]>

So I ended up getting the normal F&F or Yoplait ones and Jack liked the little chunks of fruit. As long as the one you buy isn't labelled as "lite" then it is ok]]>

He loves them. Got to make sure he has his veges first otherwise he just want yoghurt.]]>

HE loved yogurt from the first day we tried it, now he has that everyday at lunch time. We only give him the fresh n fruity ones etc, not the dairy food ones(choc etc) <br /><br />With the grated cheese, I first offered it to him just on his tray, but now we mix some in with his food as well as giving it to him on his tray.]]>
