LOL I think that would be the last thing I'd be worried about!!! My beauty therapist says she gives her cell phone to her loyal clients who are pregnant. I got a brazillian at 36 weeks with twins, I never considered there being a problem and certainly no-one pointed out one to me at the time. My therapist is happy doing mine right though so long as I am comfortable. Yeh, I will consider going somewhere else if needed. Am doing them each 5 weeks now, simply just to make it easier, less painful and quicker. My SIL is beauty therapist and she had her waxing done the other week which would have made her about 38wks or so. However in saying that I think she said it hurt a little more than normal.

Maybe the therapist doesn't feel comfortable or is concerned about hurting you as you get further along. As the other have said you may want to find another therapist. Alternatively you could get a Remington Trim and Shape Bikini Trimmer from Farmers for $30. I just got one as I am not getting SIL to so a brazillian on me! i very much doubt that there is any danger with waxing so late in pregnancy but maybe she feels uncomfortable??

I am waxed every 6-8 weeks, however when I got my wax last week my waxer mentioned she did not want to wax me after 35 weeks. This kind of annoyed me as I want to be reasonably tidy for the big event. And I figure that if I am waxed at 35 weeks I will be all grown back there by 40plus weeks.
She said she isn't experienced with waxing pregnant people, it was just that she would prefer not to do it too late.
