lol WINZ, need we say more? I think the rules change each time you talk to a case worker.

My understanding is that you have 20 days from when you first contact WINZ to get all the forms back into them and they will pay from the day you contacted them. So hubby went to see them today about the Daycare Subsidy - I have had to wait for my birth certificate to arrive. Bubs has been in day care since the end of March and we were under the impression from a conversation I had with the 0800 and our daycare that we would get back paid - today he was told that they have changed the rules and NO BACK PAYMENT - has anyone else been told this????
