I had one a couple of months ago and was fine but then about three days later it was REALLY sore, like I had pulled a muscle. I get them every year because of my asthma, they normaly hurt for a day or two. Maybe because its your first???? I had the jab last thursday (for the first time ever) and the muscle in my arm is still very sore. It hurts to touch and it also hurts to lift or raise my arm above my head.
