Keira does it all the time, especially when nervous. I am sure they will grow out of it eventually - I hope! I think at the moment it sounds like a new trick and it will pretty soon get over the excitement :P

I wouldn't make too much of a deal about it.
Most of the time Keira does it, she doesn't notice when she is doing it so I just remind her and it comes straight out.

Please tell me I'm not the only one - my delightful 15 month old daughter has recently discovered that her finger fits perfectly up her nose Rather embarassing when you are out and she seems to have her finger permanently up her nose!
