I did a few for mike this year:

Get out of bedtime duty (we usually take turns)
Get out of cooking dinner (only works if he usually does the cooking though)
1 childfree afternoon. (again, only works if that's novel to him, not if he usually has plenty of childfree arvos)

funnily enough the only one that's been used at the mo is the get at out bedtime duty when he reallllly wanted to watch something on his night to do bedtime duty.
