Just want to say congratulations - thats really awesome! My DH gotta 8k payrise a month ago and it sure makes a big difference! 15k is fantastic!

Yeah WFF does have some silly rules. Trying to estimate what you are going to earn for the next year is hard. Yeah it is better than WFF but we will have to pay back what most of what we have received this financial year. At least his raise is backdated until then so that should cover it.

DH's branch has just been performance reviews and salary reviews etc and DH did all the guys in the branch and then talked to his boss in auckland about his pay and without even doing a performance review they have just given him a raise of 15k
