(and better- my sushi making skills are average at best).

I am considering getting it (vege and/or tuna) and putting it in the fridge as soon as I get to work..

My DH had KFC a few weeks back and we were BOTH grossed out by it. The chicken looked revolting, and a little pink-ish, the roll was stale and the potato and gravy looked like.... the stuff that makes babies mixed with baby poo....

DH usually eats anything but for him to throw it out, it must have been bad.

I had Subway at the Hamilton V8s each day as well, because it was the only slightly healthy thing other than having hot chips/hamburgers etc but they had one person for each section - so one person for chicken, one for bacon, one for meat, one for lettuce, one for tomatoes etc etc. You weren't allowed to bring your own food in, so it came down to the best choice available.

If you get your sushi early in the day then it's completely safe (make you own choice on what fillings you feel comfortable with, I go for tuna and avocado).
Ask yourself too, when is the last time you've seen a grotty sushi joint, I think they're probably the cleanest takeaway places around.

I don't expect to convince anyone as sushi is seen as bad, but honestly freshly made sushi is probably one of the best things you can eat!
