BUT, he is not fond of meat - at all really, And, he rarely eats a decent dinner, but boy,  can he pack it away at lunch (daycare ended up requesting me to bring him more food - as a yoghurt, two sandwiches, two pieces of fruit, a chopped up carrot, some snacky nuts or something - wasn't enough).  So really, i'm looking for ways to get iron into him - Especially any vegetarian options, as I said before, he isn;t fond of meat, but will eat fruit and veges pretty well.]]>
