I used to have this for pudding when DH was having icecream etc and I wasn't too jealous. WW has some new muffin bars (well new to me anyway) and they are really yummy if you put them in the toaster. My treat of choice was a marshmellow easter egg. Low in calories and sweet. Of course I started my diet before Easter (this was last year) and then stocked up big time on the Easter eggs when they were on sale. Also, I would put them in the freezer and eat them frozen, yummy!

I eat all the convenience foods all the time because they are there so does dp. We do find that if there is fruit in the house and there then we will eat it tho.

Muesli bars are a good option, the snack size yoghurts are good as they are portion controlled, I will often cut up fruit and chuck it all together then add nuts and its almost like a dessert. Try also drinking a glass of water when you are craving and see how long the craving actually lasts could be your dehydrated?

No self control lmao

I shouldn't have a magnesium deficiency since I've been taking a magnesium supplement to help me sleep for weeks now. If you want some chocolate have some just don't eat the hole block. Have wee portions of what you want to eat all set up so you only have that amount. If you want a chocy bar buy those wee fun pack size bags but just have one
