i actually wondered if Adam didn't win cause he knew a bit much. usually the AI winners are told what to do, what to sing, where to go when they win. ADAM should have won - he was robbed. I couldn't wait to watch him each week. Pretty sad in today's world that you lose out because you don't FIT THE MOLD! Yep I agree. I think Kris won because he (and Danny) was mainstream; Adam is very talented but he probably has a select audience. I wont even get started on my feelings about that.

I love Adam he was amazing.

I think the main reason he didnt win was due to him being Gay!

However i so hope he becomes the lead for Queen. I am pleased that Kris won, I thought he really deserved it in a 'might not have had the range or big voice or stage presense' kind of way but in a 'tried really hard, changed things up, had some bum weeks, really grew as an artist and a person' kind of way.

I think his journey to become the American Idol was such a huge growth for him and he took everything on board, stayed true to who he was and really did his best.

He will now have the opportunity and tools to make an album and get his music out there.

Adam however I feel was already an idol before he even got on that stage. I sooooo wanted Adam to win - he was the better singer, had a better range, was ooooohhhh so sexy!!! He had those smouldering eyes....MIL calls them Elvis Presley eyes...

nah, I wasn't surprised (since I looked it up before they announced the winner )
I didn't watch the whole series, that was the only episode I watched haha, so didn't make much difference to me who won .

Kris will perfectly fit the idol 'cookie cutter' mold. Clean cut, straight and you can bring him home to meet your mom.

Adam was totally the better singer. He got to sing with Kiss and all Kris got was a duet with Nicole Kidman's DH lol!

Yup, definitely was expecting that! But then I guess he fitted the 'idol' model best.
I think there were a lot of people the either really loved or really hated Adam. Everyone loved Kris (but what was with the dirty mo???)
