I was told after 2 weeks, but Nova was given her first EBM at around 5 days. I just felt like we had a handle of things, feeding was well established so I thought why not? She has had a bottle nearly everyday since. Make make make sure baby is in a good feeding routine before you do this and make sure you express then anyway so as not to muck up your supply.

We started one bottle feed at four months .. im not sure of the exact time you can start though ..
