I had that pain during both my pregnancies, when I sneezed or coughed. When I sneeze I end up having to really clench tight else I can lose a weeeeee bit of conttrol!

I should have done all theose strange exercises altho its never been a problem until now being pregnant...

Yup sounds like it's the ligaments stretching. I've had that before as well.
