IMO it is good for baby's to get used to noise as it won't always be quiet when you go out. It doesn't seem to be until they get older that noises distract them and either wake or keep them awake

We do have another room at the end of the house we could use but would mean I would want to move our bedroom to our other spare bedroom aswell. (also meaning we will be in a seperate room to the baby which i dont really have a opinion on one way or the other) My main concern with having baby in the sunroom is we live next to quite a busy road and across that road is the railway tracks (on the Hutt Line) so there are trains going past around every half hour slowing down to every hour or two at night till about midnight. They are fairly loud and although we are used to this noise now i am wondering if it could cause issues with baby sleeping.

Any opinions greatly appreciated though i don't expect quick responses at the mo
