Its a god send, check out her website too, she does have a lot of hints on getting things sorted in the sleep department on there.

sorry I don't have a copy of this book....but just wanted to say that you are not alone (even through it sometimes feels like every other baby/toddler sleeps through).
Ella is turning 2 this weekend and it is only in the past 2 weeks that she has started to sleep through the night (and this still doesn't happen every night).

Does anyone have this book ( No Cry Sleep Solution for Toddlers and Preschoolers) that they would be willing to lend me?

Oli hasnt slept through the night since before he turned 1 - and if we dont sort it out soon, I think we will both go MAD!!!!
