I'm not on clomid ATM but I do have PCOS.  So is temping the most reliable method to pinpoint OV if you suffer from PCOS?]]>

I don't use them now - the Dr said not to as they're not reliable (not sure if that's when you're taking Clomid or if you've got PCOS).]]>

I had no idea and just thought that I had very irregular cycles (80+ days <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0">)<br /><br />I had a scan at my initial appointment which confirmed what the doctor thought anyway.  I was given Provera to induce a period and put on 25mg of Clomid.  I was very lucky to ovulate and conceive on the first cycle and now have a gorgeous boy!!<br /><br />I tried vitex but it didn't do anything for me. I have PCOS and my AF went walkabout for a few months last year.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;I took vitex... not sure if that's what brought it back but you could give it a try.  It's totally natural and you can get it in liquid or tablet form from any health shop.  ]]>
