Thanks. Midwife said they were false labour contractions from the diarrhea. They've settled down now and I'm just very sore and tired. This is only anecdotal but this week my cousin was in hospital at 32 weeks as her food poisoning brought on early labour. Luckily they managed to stop the labour and she's better now.

TMI info but last night I was up all night with diarrhea and what I would describe as contractions - intense back pain with major tightening through my bump. Today diarrhea is gone, back pain is horrible and tightenings are irregular but present and sore.
