If anything goes wrong with the elastic they will not be covered under warranty. Prolonged use of these products suggests that it can damage elastic after time.

More details on stripping:

here

Edited by mothersinstinct

Do I add the baking soda and vinegar to a full wash? I just checked, we have cider, wine or malt vinegar- can I sub with one of these to save a trip to the supermarket?

Edited by jano1

(don't add detergent, just use the baking soda and vinegar).
Scrubbing the fleece with dish washing liquid and then washing them is the other way of stripping them.
In the last week or so Ava has been soaking through them every night. I thought they might have detergent build up so I washed them and rinsed twice in the washing machine but they still appear to be leaking. Should I add another insert layer or get some longies? I don't want to use sposies overnight and like the bum genuis fit.

Edited by jano1
