Wow thats really interesting Oxy, Lots of little tips there to try.
Dunno about cutting coffee out of my diet I would go insane, maby stick to one cup a day !

Did I read that right is preseed a lube? Thanks Oxy... the only thing I havent taken out of my diet is Coffee... might have to do that in the next few cycles and its gonna kill me
