monikah, I think it will be different for everyone, I got my periods back strsight away, did not worry about ov as I was not charting for any of those times.
I was BF DS2 at 10mths when I found out I was pg.

I bf for 4-5weeks and got my period back 6weeks after she was born and i started ov after that, and also my periods went from 28 days ov round 14 days to 33-34days and ov rounf day 18ish.
