I used to gym 3 times a week for about 50 mins and I gradually started doing less and less.
Now Im just down to swimming and walking at 37 weeks, get too out of breath if I do any more than 30 mins excersise a day!

I also power walk in the afternoons (3 or 4 days per week). It's a 10k route and I average about 7kph up and down hill. I plan to keep walking for as long as possible, although obviously as the pregnancy progresses, I'll be a bit slower and the route will get shorter.

As I'm quite fit and healthy to start with, do you think I'm OK keeping up with this routine? I guess I'll just have to see how it goes, because I don't know how tired of sick I'm going to feel over the next few weeks. I just want to make sure that it doesn't seem excessive.

Any opinions?

Milliemoo
