Could be a growth spurt or your supply may have dropped a bit from the lower dosage and he is feeding more often to get the supply up (which is what he is supposed to do).

Hi ladies, really hope someone with experience with domperidone can help me out...

I have been taking 30mg three times a day for two weeks, and have managed to BF almost exclusively - down to 1-2 top ups a day from topping up every feed.

This week I have tried to wean myself off it, 10mg at a time every 40 days (so 90mg a day for 2 weeks, then 80mg for 4 days and just today down to 70)... he has been feeding every 2 hours almost every day and not sleeping well during the day! Normally he feeds every 3-4 hours and sleeps well.
