I have found it really hard! I used to have ham, cheese and mayo sammies EVERY day at work but they went right out the window when I found out I was expecting. I find now that I can't eat much in one go anyway so I just stock up on HEAPS of fruit.... have a kiwifruit, an apple, a banana and either a manderine or some grapes everyday along with a small bag of chippies for morning tea (that my naughty for the day), a healthy muesli bar for afternoon tea and yoghurt for during the day. I just graze, keeps the sickness at bay! And LOTS of water]]>

I usually have a le snack, peanut butter and jam sandwich, yoghurt/dairy food, kiwifruit (cut in half ready to go with a spoon) and a couple of bikkies. I usually have those pottles of fruit in juice and museli bars in my drawer in case of emergency too. This all keeps me going throughout the day and stops me feeling sick.]]>
