must admit i was getting ready to pull out my spew bucket... all this lovey dovey stuff....
then i found some of the pics from when eden was born and remembered how much your support meant to me when in labour... knowing that emma was keeping you up to date and that you were supporting me from a distance really did help!

i've been here a while now - i come and go and sometimes just lurk for months before posting - but a lot of the people on here have been in my life for quite some time now... I love OB, & think it has a great forum, I usually stick to the TTC side & everyone is so supportive. I hate it when I cannot get my daily fix, ha ha.

But what makes a great forum it is ability to give your opinion & I think when it comes to hot topics as long as we stick to the topic & not signal anyone out, then it won't get out of hand, well we can hope after all we are all adults & part of the OB family

For the year or so I have been hanging around here I have always found this to be a happy, positive place to get advice, support & just generally something to do, I actually don't know where I would be sometimes without it, so I am glad to hear that most seem to think the same.

One of the threads got a tad out of hand the other day , (Liz wasnt here to sing in time ) and another thread was started asking if it was normal for a forum to be catty/bitchy etc , most of the replies were that OB was mostly a positive place to visit , and I am inclined to agree , so, I thought I would start a thread where I would start the LOOOOOVE!!!!

All the ladies on here, I think you're all great , all fantastic, some of you are already great mums, some will BE great mums .

The mamas with DHs/DPs/DFs , who are experiencing pregnancy , newborns, toddlers , kids and ttc , with a man and the changes in relationships all that brings, you are awesome .

The Ladies who are doing it without any help from babies dad, or with limited help , ive been there , I know how tough it is , you are inspiring

The ladies who are always there with advice and hugs that have brightened up my day on many occasion , where would OB be without you ?

The girls who make us laugh with their quick wit and funny posts, or funny remarks , I thank you , often your quick wit has bought a smile to my face on days I didn't think it was possible .

Is OB a positive place to be ? For me , yes, and I hope thats true for everyone on here , and if anyone HAS had a bad experience, stick around a bit longer, it IS worth it , you will meet some amazing people on here and your life will be that much richer for the experience , all our differences, thats what makes it work so well .

So to all my friends on here (and I consider that to be everyone ) join me in toasting us all , and OB , raise your alcoholic, or non alcoholic glasses , and bathe in the fantabulousness , that is US !!!
