You can get neoprene (wetsuit material) exercise belts at places like the Warehouse etc and TM (I bought mine off there for about $15) that do up with velcro so its a cheap alternative. oooo i have been thinking aobut these as well. I thought about getting one of those hold em in belly corset things though would have to be a velcro one so you can adjust it as you get a big littler.

I was told that the "suck em in" granny pant things are quite good, didn't try them myself but my old workmate used them after both her kids.

I was out with friends in the weekend who said after her DD was born she used a post preg band her MIL gave her to help her tummy go back to normal. Has anyone heard of these, used these - any advice!
