It was good as my baby had reflux and so you can raise one end up a bit which helps them sleep better.  Also if you need to settle them you can rock it in the cot.  Plus when you move them into the cot it is no big deal because they've already been staring at those bars for ages and so it's not a big change.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />We took it away with us lots too and just put in on a bed with pillows up around the sides so he thought they were up like normal.  Babies that age can't roll so it was safe as houses and easy.  ]]>

We didn't have any issues with transferring to her cot either as it was all familiar.  Highly recommend them!  ]]>

This was because I would have it in the lounge during the day (it was a cold winter!). But, if Lily had've stayed in it longer then we probably would have done that.
