Just thought that I would mention an unusual reason for low motility or abnormal sperm is laptop  use  (used specifically on the lap) .... it causes high temperatures around the groin area and affects the swimmers ...............

my DH has been taking it for the last 1 1/2 mnths. We dont have swimmer issues but thought it couldnt do any harm.

I dont know if it is doing anything to his stats but he is certainly feeling better and much more willing to BD this month, a bit more energy

My DH has been taking this for three months for help with motility issues. We probably hadn't been taking it for long enough for it to help with last pregnancy which ended in m/c. So will let you all know whether it is effective as we are in the middle of a clomid cycle.

Although we have come to the conclusion that dh's motility issues are random as sometimes we get great semen analysis results and sometimes when he has say a cold, is a bit run down or stressed/tired then the results are not so great. So looking after his health helps with his sperm production.
