When I went back to work I cut back to three feeds a day (morning, straight after work, and before bed). This worked for us. Once they are on solids they don't need much more than this anyway. You may be able to time your breaks with his breastfeeds during the day if you are still feeding and what to keep going. New legislation came into effect this year regarding breastfeeding at work. Your employer has to provide facilities & unpaid breaks for employees who wish to breastfeed - am pretty sure this applies to expressing as well. I am looking at going back to work two days a week in October. I work in a daycare so Floyd will be coming to work with me.

My question is where do I stand in regards to feeding him at work?
