Once I started looking for actual 'I'm HUNGRY for boob' signs, feeds spread out a bit and the mid morning was dropped :)
Of course she likes a mid morning feed when I least expect it so I can't leave her without expressing just incase.

Except without the 10pm feed.
She now has a BF after lunch/dinner too.
She *just* started dropping/forgetting about the 10/11am BF. Some days are different though. I haven't replaced it with water/juice. She eats a lot more lunch and drinks lots of water with it.

Water I just offered with food and he still doesn't have juice, only water, and a cup of formula first thing.

I offer Kyle water every time I offer food but I wouldn't offer it in place of milk.
