Try not to worry about when your milk will come in. You need to rest and take care of yourself.

Just really express to your midwife the things that YOU really want. When I had Ashlee (emergency CS), there were so many things that I didn't get that I was determined to have with Madison. I didn't get skin on skin with her straight after birth because I didn't have an independent midwife and there wasn't anyone available to sit with me and baby in recovery and she wasn't fed within an hour of birth. This may or may not have had any effect on the fact that I had big issues with breastfeeding, but I really believe that things could have been different if we'd started out 'right'.

I couldn't feed him in surgery but had cuddles and then fed him in recovery which was only 20 mins after his arrival.

Good luck for Thursday (out of noseyness will you be trying for a vbac if things happen before then?)
