Usuallys occurs when baby has drunk too much, or mum's milk is very fast. Don't worry if this happens occasionally but if it is more like forceful projectile vomiting(which flies quite a few metres at great velocity!) then contact your LMC or dr.

Generally if they chuck up and are not bothered by it, except maybe getting hungry again straight away, then it's nothing to worry about and is just cos their insides have never worked properly before so have some kinks to iron out. If however he is back arching, screaming, writhing, pulling his legs up or doing anything else you think looks like he is pain then it could be a sign of reflux and best to speak to mw or doc about that. Also if it's proper projectile vomit, like going meters and very forceful then that needs medical attention as well. If it just squirts out a bit, but not quite like something off exocist then not to worry.
