    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=21546">LouD</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 28531<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 04 September 2009 at 6:41pm<br /><br />And its what your willing to live with at the end of the day also.....i wouldnt feel guilt........guilt is eating a big bowl of choc icecream covered in choc sauce right after doing a 2 hour workout.........if i ate any of the NO GO stuff, i would be worried that i may have adversially damaged my baby and it could be something they have to live with for the rest of their life.......i know someone who wasnt so careful and their baby was born blind......i just would want to kill myself if my carelessness resulted in my child suffering for life.........morbid i know but its reality also<br /><br />I have accidentally eaten some no go stuff but im not overly worried, i figure if you eat it all the time you are increasing your chances of getting a bad peice of meat or the egg with listeria etc........if you eat it very rarely then its a lot less chance.  Im eating KFC for dinner tonight and i know some people that wont go anywhere near it, but i just zap it some more when i get it home<br /><br />I also dont think i could handle the 'told you so' comments.....lol]]>

I've had complete strangers come up to me when I was preg with Jake and tell me off for eating vege sushi <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0"> I still get stuff from the deli at the supermarket and I adore subway (not their prices though) and bakery rolls (ham and salad mmmmmmm) and basically the only thing thats changed for me is that I eat more lol otherwise I haven't adjusted my diet at all. I figure that I have enough going on with my body that making myslef miserable over food is stupid. ]]>

I'm talking wanting to chew my arm off by 10am in the morning hungry and if I dont eat I'm to faint ...<br /><br />I know you're sposed to stay away from deli foods and prepared meats but i was wondering if pre-packaged, vacuum packed salami from the supermarket is Ok? ]]>
