I have tried vicks all day and doing nothing. Might try and pop down to a chemist first thing and see if there is anything I can take, as it's driving me nuts. Blocked up, runny, itchy - yuk!

I now have beconase on hand for when it gets back (I tried the vicks and saline stuff but none of it worked for me) The nasal spray does contain low level of steriods but given I have been on mega super dose of steriods for a chest infection I think its the least of my concerns. Talk to your LMC/GP about what would be the best option for you.

And it has to bhe the saline version the normal otravin is no good for pregnancy.

There's nothing else I know of unfortunately. Take a lot of hard boiled sweets to suck on and hopefully that will help with the pressure of take off and landing.
