I think if it is a bit fast for him then sitting him more upright to drink can slow it down a bit and I'm sure he will quickly learn to not suck as hard if it is too fast.<br /><br />We used avent bottles with Spencer and it always told you to bin the teats after 3 months, I suppose the plastic/rubbery stuff it's made from probably degrades or something.]]>

We will be using the Closer to Nature bottles. DH can't find the 0mth+ teats at the supermarket<br /><br />Basically Jack won't let DH put him to bed at the moment (we are thinking jealousy issue) but Ben feeds from about 6.30pm till about 10pm with only a few short breaks and sometimes a sleep. So I have expressed this morning and hoping DH can give him a bottle just ti tide him over while I am in with Jack.<br /><br />We are using the pump and Closer to Nature bottles that I had from when Jack was a baby and I tried expressing. I have some 0mth teats but they are 2yrs old and although they look OK I assume that I will need new ones]]>
