Basically, his routine from 9 weeks has been: feed at 6pm, top up, bath, massage, cuddles and in bed by 7pm. His dreamfeed is at 10-10.30pm. I do give him a formula top up so that helps as otherwise he wouldn't sleep from 7pm to 10ish pm as my milk supply is pretty non existent in the evenings. For a couple of weeks he still woke up around 4am for a feed, but started sleeping through at 12 weeks.

If it doesn't work and Ben wakes at his usual time (4am - 5am?) keep perservering, it took us a good few weeks before DD dropped the middle of the night feed even with a dreamfeed.

If so then I would just get Ben into a similar routine as he's a few months old now - can you bath them together, then get DH to put Jack to bed while you feed Ben (or feed him while DH reads Jack a story?), then put Ben to bed? It might take a little while to get the logistics sorted out but it will be worthwhile in the long run...

He will then usually sleep for 6+hrs - I am definately not complaining!

But I am hoping to get my evenings back so was thinking to put him to bed about 7.30pm (after I put Jack down) and dream feed him at about 10pm. Any suggestions about how I make the change? Do I go cold turkey and make the change? Or do I change gradually and if so how/when do I introduce the dream feed? I am not sure how to go about it as the few times that he has had 30-45min naps in the evenings he has woken at least twice in the night.
