If you're used to being out of control I think sometimes (but not always) that can help when you have a baby. MAybe you'll be one of them? :)]]>

I dont think I need them now but I think ill take your advice and keep taking them while TTC.</P>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=19433">monikah</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 28770<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 15 September 2009 at 4:51pm<br /><br />i was on citalopram which is a different drug but this is what i do know, hope it helps :)<br /><br />i would stay on them at least as long as you are TTC just for the fact that it can be quite emotional for some ppl. the one thing i would worry about as loxamine can quite often have a withdrawel effect so if you did get pg and wanted to stop id do it gradually. if you did stop and got to strung out you can always slowly reintroduce them again. i was on meds before i got pg and decided to stop them once i got UTD. i was fine through my pg and am still not taking them and feel great even though i have a job, uni and a 4 month old. because loxamine is an SSRI it would have no effect on hormones and the effects of them as it is targeted toward seratonin so if your worried about mood swings they probably wouldnt help. lol. otherwise i think all our DH's would force them down our throat. hehe. dont know if this helps.]]>
