Hi I used and will re-use the fleece backed hemp pads from Brestmates. They are awsome and I leaked heaps!

I bought mine from Breastmates and was generally pleased with them. However, when I was just starting out sometimes my letdown was so much and strong that the pads didn't have time to absorb it. They get more absorbant the more that you wash them so definitely prewash a few times before you start to use them. they are locally made in Nelson

Bamboo and just sooo comfy.. they also absorb a lot !!

$8 a pair or $15 for two..
I have 3 pairs... one on, one in wash and one spare ready to go

I found the PUL backing can be a bit scratchy sounding during the day, so I got the fleece backed bamboo ones for day time and the super-hard-core-turbo-boobs waterproof backed ones for the night. The hemp ones are also really good. The woman lives in Nelson and is pretty quick getting back on email if you have any questions. I found her really great to deal with.

I got mine from ecomoon.co.nz and love them. I don't know why I used disposables for as long as I did. They are really great.

Hey just wondering if anybody has used reusable breast pads and what type/brands you found the best? I don't want to pay $10 a box when i'd say you go through lots!!
