We have one but we took it off our bed due to the warning even before we conceived. DH reckons he gets a better night's sleep with it (he has a lumbar bulge). I have had a lot of clients with arthritis who swear by them but have had others who have had no response. I think if it works go for it, but not when pregnant as it is not recommended. I had one lady who hadn't slept a full night due to pain for about 10 years, bought one and slept like a baby. No pain! She was over the moon.
