Ours was fruit cake too, took it out, left it on the bench in gladwrap over night. It was early Jan. what type of cake is it? We took ours out for Jacksons baptism, I think it was about 5 days prior. We just left it in its glad wrap and left it on the bench. Hey, how long does it takes to defrost my wedding cake? And is that in the fridge or just lefted out? And does it need to be keeped in the fridge once defrosted?
