This is probably too late but yip go early to get changed, its in the physiotherapy department in a big warm swimming pool. Its a class that involves stretching, gentle swimming and relaxation its so lovely.

Once you get to Burwood say you are going into the main bit its the building to the right (not the main bit) but if you get lost just go and ask at reception. Anyone know what the deal at Burwood Hospital is? I know that I can go today between 11 and noon, but I can't seem to find any info on whether it's a 'class' and I need to be there early to get changed etc, or if it's just a free for all. And no info on where to go either. I've been on line and phoned! But keep hitting a brick wall....
