I've got Annabel Karmel's book Superfoods for Babies and Toddlers.
She says to pour boiling water over them for 2 minutes, then peel (really easy once they are inthe water this long) then puree. I would stew them first

I feels so long since I've made my own baby food

I can't remember if you cook nectarines before you puree them? Or can you just give them to your baby raw? My youngest son is 6 months (corrected).
