I cried! But your right it was really rushed!

OMG that extreme makeover last night was SO sad! The poor kids lost their Dad in a car crash, then a few years later their Mum and her parter got murdered! Just horrific. But because it was the 100th eposide they brought back heaps of other families that they have helped and showed bits of their stories too - we were both bawling!

It was sweet last night after SS, DH hugged me and said dont you dare ever go anywhere! While Shanti died, I looked down a photo I was holding, it was of my friend's coffin being taken into the church .

Wow can't believe that happened on a Monday. Was expecting them to drag it out all week!

Poor Scotty Tomorrows episode is gonna be so sad! Definitely got nothing on Belles death on Home & Away though... I was a blubbering mess. Didn't help that the same night that aired was the night on Outrageous Fortune when Cheryl's baby died. Why do we watch these programmes!!!

it's a shame the old swine flu didn't come through shortland street and take 10 or so of them out.....hehehe.

I think Shanti as well, would be far too easy for someone to have a pregnancy that doesn't end in tragedy of some sort. I was very surprised that neither of them were concerned that she was pregnant and had had a prolonged high temp that went over 40 degrees. I know I would have been worried about that.

I agree about Shanti and the baby, though maybe the problems are caused because of the drink the flatmate/doctor was giving her. They definitely have to weave in finding out about what was wrong with her as otherwise that would be a bit weird.

I like your version of shorty street aquarius! Is Yvonne hooking up with Tanya's boyfriend? They're so much better suited. haha. Tanya can't turn lesbian as her sister already is - maybe she can join a cult?

When you think about it, the story lines are pretty weak compared to, say, home and away. i dont watch this one ( but i used to) and the story lines on that are crazy and ridiculous but its a soap for christ sake..its supposed to be ridiculous. shorty needs more daring stuff..

okay so here goes...
sophies friend becomes a hooker which keiran sleeps with and gets pregnant (she later overdoses and dies) sophie becomes a hooker too and accidently sleeps with her father Callum, who is devastated at losing his job to brooke, who is now the boss of everyone.
Sarah get pregnant with twins but lands in a coma which they then have to keep her alive long enough to deliver the babies. she dies when they are born .
Tk cant look after two so adopts one out ti yvonne and whats-his-name who of cause hook up and marry (we are then forced to watch them try for a baby for over a year untill the adoption)
Tanya becomes a lesbian.

T.K still wants a baby I think, Sarah doesn't coz of her MS so that'll prob cause a few problems for them.
