Not so much these days, not sure why.  but if they start up again i will no what to keep an eye out for.<br /><br />Funny thing was the first time we ever slept in the same bed as each other he got them and the bed was saturated, and i thought OH GREAT A BED WETTER!!! It was gross, dont know how many times my sheets and pj's were washed.<br /><br />Interesting about the sugars.. I do think mine was hormonal and I had heaps of water retention with PE so I think it was my bodies way of getting rid of it.]]>

Ie no white bread or pastas. DH used to want to cuddle because he'd be cold (and have his electric blanket going) while I was lying there just under a sheet.  The blood sugars thing is interesting - I had gestational diabetes.  Otherwise I just thought it was a pregnancy hormone thing.  It went away after the girls were born, although it took about 4 or so weeks.]]>

Sometimes its so bad I have to sleep between towels and change the sheets once DH is up in the morning. I have found that when i wake up sweaty it is usually when i have had a nightmare so i think it may be related to that for me.]]>

You could try a fan to help cool the room - and you can turn it on and off as required, light sleepwear, cotton or silk sheets, a cold drink by your bed (just want you want) ... I know even after I had bubs I couldn't go to sleep in the hospital without a fan it was just too hot!]]>

Is this a common problem and is there any thing I can do to stop it happening?&nbsp; Between&nbsp;having to get up and&nbsp;pee every&nbsp; few hours&nbsp;and a very active bub that often wakes me during the night I'm starting to feel very tired.</P>]]>
