This was following the Baby Whisperer EASY routine.]]>

Bedtime is about 9pm with a dreamfeed around 10:30pm, but this too can vary - babies at this age can and will change things often and according to their needs. Nothing wrong with going with the flow to meet those needs, do what works and causes you and your boy the least stress.<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by HippyMama</span>]]>

At that time of the day she just does a 45min nap so I start the bedtime routine when she wakes and she is down for the night between 6 and 7.]]>

I talked to plunket about it and the nurse seemed to think it was reasonably normal as they like to begin cluster feeding. SO we just have lots of small feeds, cuddles and 5 minutes naps until bed time which is between 7-8pm-ish. ]]>
