If it's a poopy one I'll tip solids into the loo then put in the bucket, if there soppy I just fill a bucket with just warm water and leave the nappy in there til washing time. If you do it straight away the warm water should get most of the icky's off.
Ryan does a poo in the morning and in the arvo, so I line his nappy with a microfleece liner so it just makes it easier.

We just rinse of any poop and squeeze out the water then chuck everything in a nappy bucket until it's time to wash. I only wash every second/third day and hang them out to dry - we have lovely white nappies too! I think soaking MCNs actually makes them more likely to stain, though I've never tried it so can't speak from experience.

Check out this link

(obviously you would rinse off any soiling tho or use a disposable liner). Did you get any instructions with your nappies, i think they all have different washing methods and recommend to wash with different stuff, try looking on the website that sells them for the washing instructions.

i think some detergents/washing powders/liquids are not good for them
