My GP prescribed me polaramine, but it cant be used in the last trimester. I am a bit paranoid about taking any meds while pregnant so I have only taken it once when I was really suffering.

I used nasal sprays - Alanase (confirmed by pharmacist and doctor). You can take Zyrtec when breastfeeding but I guess not when pregnant? I think there are nasal sprays you can use, I used Alanase if I can remember correctly. Is there anything us pregnant ladies can take for hayfever? Chemist refuses to give me an advice apart from see the doctor which I will anyway.
